I love this stamp set Dasher (located in the back of the catalog). It is so beautiful and big. I did this card for Dawn McVey's Color Challenge. I {heart} how this card came together. I punched out several snowflakes with Stampin' Up's newest snowflake punch to create a tone on tone background.
I created a shimmer spray using a combination of Shimmer paint and Alcohol and sprayed the background with it. I wish it showed up better in the picture because it is very sparkly. You can also add reinker to it to tint the spray with the shimmer. Just be aware that you can not use 99% alcohol if you are planning on using reinker because the ink is water soluble. Without the diluted alcohol you will get clumps of ink :)

Cardstock: Kraft, Baja Breeze, Real Red, Very Vanilla & Chocolate Chip
Embellishments: Clear Buttons, Linen Thread, Real Red Polka Dot Ribbon
Tools: Corner Rounder, Scallop Border Punch, Paper Piercer, Mat Pack, Craft Knife, Snowflake Punch & Wide oval Punch
Other: Frost White Shimmer Paint, Two-way Glue, SNAIL & Stampin' Dimensionals
